"Transcendental Astrology"
The science and art of projecting a natal, progressed, or transit astrological chart upon the map of the earth.
When you are born you have a specific angle on your ascendant (ASC), mid-heaven (MC), Descendant (DSC) and IC. They may or may not have planets, fixed stars or other points such as Arabic Parts at these degrees. These planets, stars or points are unique to your chart and can fall in any sign and any of the 12 houses of the zodiac.

When you move, or relocate to another part of the globe the degrees at the angles change. This changes the house in which the natal planets were originally located. The planets do not change signs (Aries, Taurus, Gemini) they change houses (1 thru 12). The aspects between the planets do not change. If you have a major aspect of a trine between two planets of 120 degrees, you will still have a major aspect between the same two planets of 120 degrees but the signs they are in could change (depending how far you move).
While the aspects (relationships between two planets) between two planets do not change, the aspects to the angles will change.
Imagine the planets being stationary and if you move west your chart wheel revolves counter-clockwise. If you move east your chart wheel revolves clockwise. The planets stay still, the wheel revolves and with it the 12 houses of the zodiac. The Angles of Asc, MC, Dsc, and IC do change.
Say
if you have your venus in your fifth house of romance, and you move
west the signs revolve counterclockwise. If you move far enough west
venus could now find its self in the 7th house of
relationships. Or even further west in the 10th house of
career. If venus had a relationship or aspect to the sun by Major
Aspect. This major aspect in which the two planets cooperate with
each other will still cooperate with each other after the relocation
but with different characteristics. This is because the qualities of
the house signs have changed.
Transcendental Planets always have a score below 130.
A persons can have a least aspected planet with a planet score above 130 but the planet will not be considered "Transcendental"

When relocating West of Paris, France
If Jacques relocates to Hawaii, also an area of one of his Transcendental Mid point Field west of his home in Paris, his wheel revolves counter-clockwise and his Transcendental Secondary Saturn becomes his new ascendant. His Mid-heaven moves to Uranus.
If Jacques moves east or relocates to Fiji in the South Pacific the wheel revolves clockwise and Jacques Descendant now has relocated Jupiter. His ascendant becomes 2 degrees aries 50 Minutes, with a Mid-heaven of 2 degrees Capricorn 42 minutes.
Third Transcendental Pluto is on descendant located in the South Pacific. While in the Indan Ocean and the Pacific, Pluto is on the Ascendant and Descendant.
Secondary Transcendental Saturn is located in waters off Indonesia which helps to create a Mid-Point field with Neptune.

Stars that are closest to earth, Stars with a higher magnitude, Stars with favorable effects, those with unfavorable effects and those that are neutral.
